At BASED, we stand by our quality and design. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
